Landlord Tenant Law

Landlord tenant law was established to protect the landlord and the tenant. Each party has a certain responsibility.

The landlord tenant law sets guidelines for each party to adhere to. In simplest terms, the landlord is responsible to provide a structurally safe and comfortable rental and the tenant is obligated to pay rent and maintain the apartment or home in the same condition minus normal wear and tear, and not to disturb that neighbors. Cause they are also entitle to peace and comfortable living environment.

Each state has its own laws, even though they are very similar.
