Landlord Form

Landlord form is used to gather information about a potential tenant. Using the right application can save you money and head aches later. Most people think the purpose of using a landlord form is to help in the renting process. That part is only partially correct, the other reason is if you ever have to collect damages or evict the tenant.

The landlord form should ask the basic questions but also question like relatives or people to contact in an emergency. The emergency could be the landlords, like not getting the rent. Calling the emergency number can be very effective way to get your rent money. When having the prospect fill out the landlord form, be sure that it is completely filled out.
