Landlord Tenant Agreement

Landlord tenant agreement is must have contract that should be signed by every adult over the age of 18. The agreement can be as short as month to month and usually do not extend over 1 year in the rental housing industry. It is not uncommon to have 20 year lease/commitment in the commercial market.

LandlordOnline.com offers landlord tenant agreement FREE to its members. The landlord tenant agreement basically spells out what the tenant can do or can not do. It will state when rent is due, if and what the late fee will be, when rent is considered late, the term of the agreement. Some landlord tenant agreements are as short as 1 page or as long as 10 pages.
