LANDLORD411.COM will pursue all criminal and civil remedies available to it.
LANDLORD411.COM reserves the right to deny membership to anyone. LANDLORD411.COM reserves the right to cancel membership at any time and without cause. In the event LANDLORD411.COM cancels a membership, the prorated amount of remaining annual membership dues shall be returned less any distributed promotional discounts.
Refund Policy:
21 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. If user runs a FREE credit report, the user will be charged full price for all reports run (Full Price is defined as the price that Landlord411.com charges to members that only signup for Tenant Screening which is approximately 100% more than advertised paid membership pricing).
Privacy:
The contact information provided by User to LANDLORD411.COM shall not be shared for commercial purposes other than those determined by LANDLORD411.COM to be beneficial to User. In no event shall personal information provided by User be sold, shared or compromised. All information provided by User shall be encrypted and maintained on a secure server.
Credit Report Availability:
Joining LANDLORD411.COM does not guarantee approval for access to credit reports. LANDLORD411.COM has partnered with a third party to provide credit, criminal and eviction data in the form of tenant screening reports. User must sign a separate service agreement and provide substantial documentation for approval. The underwriting and approval process is not controlled by LANDLORD411.COM. Upon registration with LANDLORD411.COM, User will receive, via email, a list of required documents and a service agreement for signature. Upon receipt of User's signed service agreement and accompanying documents by the third party partner of LANDLORD411.COM, the agreement and documents will be reviewed and underwritten usually within one business days. There is no additional charge for approval.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by LANDLORD411.COM. By using this site, User acknowledges and agrees that the information provided by LANDLORD411.COM and its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents and assigns, is one of convenience only, and User does not rely on LANDLORD411.COM and its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents and assigns, to provide User with advice concerning the facts and circumstances unique to User's situation.
