To join Landlord411's Affiliate program read our Affiliate Agreement carefully, then Sign Up. If you have any questions before signing up, feel free to contact us.

Upon joining you will receive your Affiliate ID and access to Landlord411's marketing materials that you can place on your website, send to your email list, or use in any promotion or campaign. If you'd like to discuss any promotional ideas, or if you require some custom creative, just let us know.

And remember, if you know of another business that reaches our audience, they, too can earn revenue by referring prospects to Landlord411. Referring friends that earn commissions will generate second tier commissions for you.

   How Do You Earn Commissions?

Just promote our products, using your special linking code.

Each time you refer a prospect (when they click on your link), we'll track that prospect with a variety of tracking mechanisms, until they become our client. Upon the completion of the sale you will earn a $20 commission per signup for direct referrals (1st tier), and a $5 commission whenever a referred Affiliate refers a sale (2nd tier).

At any time, you can log in to your secured administration area, and see real time statistics (including your sales, clicks and impressions). Plus you can see and download your complete transaction history and subID reports for reconciliation and marketing tracking.

How Do You Promote our Site?
Promoting our site (and earning commissions that resulting sales) is easy. Select from our wide variety of promotions, ads, webpages, articles and other links, and place them on your site, in your newsletter, etc. Or, you can create your own endorsements or recommendations, for higher conversion rates. (Just use your special linking code, and we'll track your referrals.)
