Rental Lease Agreement

Rental lease agreement is the first primary form required in establishing a relationship between the tenant and landlord. The rental lease agreement also deters both parties from trying to create a breach of contract.

When expertly drafted, a rental lease agreement is designed to protect both parties, and contains detailed and comprehensive information - from monthly rent prorations to the inspection of damaged property. Specific legal requirements are stated in the rental lease agreement. A written rental lease agreement gives the tenant the right to occupy a rental unit for a set period of time, usually 6 months to more than one year along with other set terms specified in the agreement.
